Self Care
Self Care is an exploration of the commercialisation of self care rituals. Created during the Covid-19 pandemic when the term 'care' was frequently heard, this project delves into the shifting notions around care from community responsibility to individualised self-improvement.
Self Care was formed of diagrammatic drawings, photographs and an irrigation system installation developed into an experimental short film.
